Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and accuracy.
- Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies and accounting-related issues for clients.
- Provide detailed explanations of financial products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with the internal Finance and Accounting departments to streamline client reporting.
- Process financial transactions and adjustments in accordance with company policy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is highly preferred to support regional clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and CRM software.
