Responsibility
- Lead and manage a customer service team to ensure high-quality support and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
