Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to travelers, guests, and clients in airport, hotel, or lounge settings.
- Handle check-ins, reservations, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with baggage handling, flight information, and special requests (e.g., VIP services, accessibility needs).
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company and aviation/hospitality standards.
- Uphold brand standards for appearance, communication, and service delivery.
- Resolve escalated issues promptly, demonstrating problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends, company policies, and local tourism insights to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in customer service, aviation, or hospitality (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, PMS, or airport operations is advantageous.
- Singaporean/PR status required to qualify for the S$5,000 joining bonus.
