Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly and accurately in the CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and training sessions provided.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus, but not strictly required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously with ease.
