Responsibility

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly and accurately in the CRM system.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and training sessions provided.

Qualifications
