Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents, students, and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as maintaining student records, attendance tracking, and generating reports.
  • Assist in organizing class schedules, materials, and resources for tuition and enrichment programs.
  • Handle communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and clarity.
  • Support marketing and outreach efforts, including distributing promotional materials and updating social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure seamless program delivery and address any logistical needs.

Qualifications
