Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to parents, students, and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Manage front desk operations, including student enrollments, fee collections, and scheduling.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as maintaining student records, attendance tracking, and generating reports.
- Assist in organizing class schedules, materials, and resources for tuition and enrichment programs.
- Handle communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and clarity.
- Support marketing and outreach efforts, including distributing promotional materials and updating social media platforms.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure seamless program delivery and address any logistical needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for students and staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
- Proven experience in customer service, administration, or educational settings is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic data management tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities efficiently.
- Familiarity with Chinese language or culture is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work weekends with fixed off days (Monday & Tuesday).
