Responsibility
- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally, identifying their needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
- Manage online customer inquiries through various digital platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining in-depth knowledge of all product features and promotional offers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle basic administrative documentation for every purchase.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the store management team to maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor is welcoming.
- Monitor inventory levels and report product feedback from customers to the relevant departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any major.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or sales-related roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, patient, and service-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and digital messaging platforms (WhatsApp/Social Media).
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and be available for flexible scheduling if required.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Palembang, Sumatera Selatan.
