Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, understanding their eyewear needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized product recommendations, including frames, lenses, and accessories, based on customer style, budget, and prescription requirements.
- Conduct basic eye measurements and adjustments to ensure a perfect fit for glasses and sunglasses.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including handling payments, issuing receipts, and managing returns or exchanges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including stocking merchandise and updating displays.
- Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and the latest eyewear trends to enhance their purchasing experience.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (eyewear industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Passion for fashion, eyewear, and helping customers look and feel their best.
- Basic knowledge of optical products, lens types, and frame materials (training provided for the right candidate).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or optics are advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other local languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by retail schedules.
