Responsibility
- Assist customers in selecting sunglasses that suit their style, face shape, and lifestyle needs, providing personalized recommendations.
- Drive sales by promoting Vision Express’s premium eyewear collections, including exclusive brands and designer frames.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of product features, lens technologies, and current fashion trends to educate customers effectively.
- Ensure the store environment is welcoming, organized, and visually appealing, adhering to brand standards.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to communicate benefits to customers.
- Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment, display updates, and product restocking.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (experience in eyewear or fashion is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers.
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for fashion, trends, and eyewear.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese) are highly advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail, business, or hospitality is a bonus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required by airport operations.
