Responsibility
- Provide personalized eyewear consultations, assessing customer needs and recommending frames/lenses that match their style, budget, and vision requirements.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, from warm greetings to seamless checkout, ensuring every interaction reflects Vision Expressâs luxury service standards.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by proactively engaging customers, upselling premium products, and promoting add-on services (e.g., coatings, adjustments).
- Stay updated on latest eyewear trends, technologies, and promotions to provide accurate, compelling product information.
- Process orders, handle payments, and manage inventory using POS systems and retail software with precision.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including displaying products attractively and maintaining store cleanliness to enhance the shopping environment.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store KPIs, including customer satisfaction scores and average transaction value.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury, fashion, or optical industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Passion for fashion and eyewear trends, with a keen eye for style and detail.
- Proven sales track record, with a results-driven mindset and ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of optical products (frames, lenses, coatings) is a plus; training will be provided.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (additional languages are an advantage).
- Tech-savvy with experience using POS systems and retail management tools.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours as required in a retail setting.
