Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM software to ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and implement personalized communication strategies to increase client engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights to internal teams for product and service improvements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle conflict resolution professionally to turn challenging situations into positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to support lead nurturing and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or account management roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
