Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and special requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area.
- Resolve minor customer concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations.
- Uphold Daily Baguette’s brand standards for service and presentation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cashiering, retail, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to a full-time schedule.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
