You will drive the implementation of customer-centric supply chain strategies, foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and ensure operational excellence across our distribution network. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute customer-facing supply chain strategies to enhance service levels and reduce lead times.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to align supply chain capabilities with customer demands.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement in order fulfillment, delivery accuracy, and inventory management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve scalability in supply chain operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards across all supply chain activities.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Respond proactively to supply chain disruptions, implementing contingency plans to minimize impact on customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer service roles, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with lean supply chain principles, demand planning, and inventory optimization.
  • Willingness to relocate to or already based in Bali, Indonesia.
