Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service processes.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information.
- Uphold the company’s values and standards in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software; training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
