Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications
