Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism and empathy, focusing on healthcare-related inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about healthcare services, policies, and procedures to patients and clients.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Document all interactions and transactions in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
- Adhere to company policies, healthcare regulations, and data privacy standards.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or healthcare-related experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software; familiarity with healthcare systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a structured environment with adherence to schedules and performance metrics.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
