Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for sales teams to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM system.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or lead generation.
