Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to teammates, clients, and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment across all sites.
  • Coordinate and facilitate community events and activities to foster engagement and team spirit.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new teammates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Monitor and manage site access, ensuring security protocols are followed.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve any site-related concerns.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting TaskUs' values and culture in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment and software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
