Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience and customer retention.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company's CRM system.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
