Responsibility
- Perform installation, configuration, and calibration of advanced test and measurement equipment at client sites.
- Conduct diagnostic testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to clients on equipment operation and best practices.
- Document all service activities, including test results, repairs, and client interactions, in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze equipment performance data and recommend improvements.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring readiness for field service assignments.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in test equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with test and measurement equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators).
- Strong technical knowledge of calibration procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and equipment repair.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic software and tools for equipment testing and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel regionally or internationally as required for client assignments.
- Certifications in equipment-specific training (e.g., Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz, Tektronix) are a plus.
