Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of Customer Engineers to deliver exceptional technical support and service.
- Oversee field service operations, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and adherence to SLAs.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Manage escalations and provide technical expertise to resolve complex customer challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
- Drive team performance through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal stakeholders to align expectations and deliver solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment service or a similar technical role.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and teams.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed to support customer sites.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and quality management systems in a technical environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
