Responsibility
- Partner with Google Cloud sales teams to identify and engage technical stakeholders, understanding their data analytics needs and challenges.
- Design and deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to showcase Google Cloudâs data analytics capabilities, including BigQuery, Dataflow, Looker, and Vertex AI.
- Architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective data solutions tailored to customer requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with customers to migrate, optimize, and modernize their data analytics workloads on Google Cloud, driving adoption and long-term success.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and support during implementation, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in data analytics, machine learning, and cloud technologies, and share insights with customers and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain technical collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, and best practice guides, to accelerate customer education and adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, fostering long-term relationships and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or cloud solutions, with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud providers (AWS, Azure).
- Hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Looker, or Apache Beam, and familiarity with SQL, Python, or Java.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and real-time analytics solutions.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Vertex AI is a plus.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Certifications such as Google Professional Data Engineer, Google Cloud Architect, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
