Responsibility
- Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Rentokil Initial's pest control solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to effectively position Rentokil Initial's offerings.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pest control or service industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
