Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and replenishment.
- Promote Watsons loyalty programs and special offers to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
