Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain store presentation by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
- Promote ongoing sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to drive customer engagement.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store KPIs.
- Uphold Watsons’ brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
