Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Offer expert advice on health, beauty, and personal care products to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Assist in stock replenishment, inventory management, and merchandising activities.
  • Promote Watsons loyalty programs and special offers to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in retail or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about health and beauty products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
