Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Offer expert advice on health, beauty, and personal care products to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist in stock replenishment, inventory management, and merchandising activities.
- Promote Watsons loyalty programs and special offers to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about health and beauty products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
