Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Stock and replenish merchandise to ensure product availability.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and conduct regular stock checks.
- Promote Watsons loyalty programs and special offers to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills for operating POS systems.
