Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Promote Watsons loyalty programs and special offers to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and trends in health and beauty.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock checks.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation with a passion for the health and beauty industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
