Responsibility
- Handle incoming customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account management.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Assist customers with payment processing, invoicing, and account updates.
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex billing issues.
- Educate customers on billing policies, procedures, and available payment options.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, billing support, or a related field is preferred.
