Responsibility
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with learning objectives and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and engagement.
- Create assessments, quizzes, and interactive learning materials to enhance knowledge retention.
- Conduct needs analyses to identify gaps in existing curriculum and propose innovative solutions.
- Utilize instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to structure and refine learning modules.
- Incorporate multimedia elements (videos, simulations, gamification) to enrich the learning experience.
- Monitor and evaluate curriculum effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in education technology and pedagogical strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in curriculum development, instructional design, or teaching.
- Strong understanding of learning theories, assessment methodologies, and e-learning tools.
- Proficiency in authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on learner-centered design.
- Familiarity with SEO and content optimization for digital learning is a plus.
