Responsibility
- Develop and execute cross-border social media strategies tailored to MCN and KOL partnerships.
- Identify, engage, and manage influencers and content creators across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and curate high-impact content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with international audiences.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions) to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep strategies fresh and effective.
- Manage community engagement, respond to audience interactions, and foster brand loyalty.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, influencer marketing, or MCN operations.
- Strong knowledge of KOL ecosystems and how to leverage them for brand growth.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Tagalog) are a plus.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to audience targeting and campaign optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they integrate with social media strategies.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
