Responsibility
- Design, implement, and optimize CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage and customize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to align with business objectives.
- Automate workflows to enhance efficiency in lead nurturing, sales pipelines, and support processes.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, segment audiences, and personalize engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM systems with marketing, sales, and service tools.
- Train and support end-users on CRM best practices and system functionalities.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, customer lifetime value) and report insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on CRM industry trends and recommend innovative solutions to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a CRM Specialist, Administrator, or similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data segmentation, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with global teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in B2B or B2C environments is a plus.
