Responsibility
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Track and follow up on leads, converting them into potential sales opportunities through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for the Sales and Marketing team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to develop and implement strategies for customer retention and engagement.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer service processes.
- Prepare and present reports on customer interactions, lead conversions, and other relevant metrics to management.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role, with a strong focus on customer relationship management.
