Responsibility
- Process and evaluate credit applications in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and manage customer credit accounts, including payment tracking and delinquency resolution.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address client inquiries and resolve credit-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, credit documentation, and transaction records.
- Conduct periodic credit reviews and recommend adjustments to credit limits or terms as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing, invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts receivable.
- Assist in developing and implementing credit policies and procedures to minimize risk.
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders with a focus on professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit services, accounts receivable, or financial operations.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial statements, and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and credit practices is a plus.
