Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential customers interested in credit applications through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Educate clients on credit products, terms, and benefits to match their financial needs with suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by converting leads into approved credit applications.
- Conduct initial creditworthiness assessments and gather required documentation to expedite processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, customer service) to ensure smooth application workflows.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting credit products.
- Provide post-approval support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in financial services or banking.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with credit evaluation processes and basic financial literacy.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; ability to learn proprietary systems quickly.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a plus.
