Responsibility

  • Develop and implement credit marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones in the Bali region.
  • Conduct credit assessments and evaluate loan applications to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized financial advice and credit solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design promotional campaigns for credit products, including loans, mortgages, and business financing.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on credit performance, client acquisition, and marketing ROI to senior management.
  • Ensure all credit marketing activities adhere to banking regulations and ethical standards.
  • Participate in local financial literacy programs to educate communities on credit management and financial planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or relationship management within the banking/financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, loan products, and financial regulations in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building client portfolios.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with banking systems is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali (Denpasar, Badung, Canggu, Ubud, etc.) as required.
