Responsibility
- Develop and implement credit marketing strategies to attract and retain customers in the financial services sector.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and promote credit products and financial solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze credit performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all marketing activities.
- Prepare and present reports and proposals to senior management on marketing performance and ROI.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in credit marketing, financial services, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of credit products, banking operations, and financial regulations.
- Proven track record in customer acquisition, retention strategies, and sales growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, CRM software) and marketing platforms.
