Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of collection officers to achieve monthly recovery targets.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies tailored to fintech lending portfolios.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in collection practices.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in negotiation, customer service, and debt recovery techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve collection processes and customer engagement strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on collection activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
- Handle escalated customer cases with professionalism and empathy to achieve amicable resolutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in debt collection, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing fintech lending or Tadpole Loan portfolios.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and collection laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize collection strategies.
- Proficiency in using collection management software and CRM tools.
- High level of integrity, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
