Responsibility
- Proactively identify and prospect potential credit customers within the Jember area.
- Conduct professional presentations of financial products to prospective clients.
- Gather, verify, and analyze customer credit documentation to ensure application accuracy.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Conduct field surveys to assess the credibility and feasibility of credit applicants.
- Maintain daily activity logs and report sales pipeline progress to the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in marketing or sales is a distinct advantage.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
