Responsibility
- Identify and prospect potential clients for credit facilities within the designated area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Conduct field visits to assess client creditworthiness and verify documentation.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the management.
- Provide detailed explanations of credit products, terms, and conditions to potential applicants.
- Prepare and submit accurate marketing reports and daily activity logs to the supervisor.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma degree in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Having a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle is preferred.
- Proficient in using mobile devices for administrative tasks and reporting.
