Responsibility
- Develop and execute credit marketing strategies to attract potential customers in assigned regions.
- Conduct credit assessments and evaluate loan applications in compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting financial products such as personal loans, business loans, and other credit facilities.
- Collaborate with branch teams to organize promotional events and financial literacy workshops.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company standards in all credit-related transactions.
- Continuously update knowledge on financial products, market trends, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or credit assessment within the financial sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Familiarity with credit evaluation processes and financial regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; experience with financial analysis tools is a plus.
- High ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours as required.
