Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new potential clients within the heavy equipment and general leasing sectors.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessment for prospective loan applicants.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure recurring business and portfolio stability.
- Prepare comprehensive credit proposals and reports for management approval.
- Monitor the payment performance of the assigned portfolio and ensure timely collections.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly marketing and disbursement targets set by the branch.
- Provide expert financial consultation to clients regarding our leasing products and services.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing or Credit Officer in the Multi-Finance or Banking industry is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of heavy equipment or general leasing market dynamics in Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and understanding credit risk management principles.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel and build a strong network within the Surabaya region.
