Airspeed International Corp. is seeking a Credit Analyst Manager to lead our financial risk management initiatives in Bali. In this pivotal role, you will oversee credit evaluation, accounts receivable monitoring, and collections strategies to minimize risk, enhance cash flow, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving the company’s financial performance.

Responsibility

  • Lead the credit evaluation process, assessing customer creditworthiness and setting appropriate credit limits.
  • Monitor accounts receivable (AR) aging reports and implement proactive collection strategies to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
  • Develop and enforce credit policies and procedures to mitigate financial risk and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to align credit terms with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including credit risk assessments, cash flow forecasts, and collection performance metrics.
  • Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes with delinquent accounts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Identify trends in credit and collection data to recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Train and mentor junior credit analysts, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CICM) is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in credit analysis, risk management, or financial operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in AR management, collections, and financial reporting in a manufacturing, logistics, or multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and financial modeling tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian commercial law, tax regulations, and banking practices is highly desirable.
  • Detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
