Responsibility
- Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and health communication best practices.
- Collaborate with creative directors, marketers, and healthcare experts to storyboard and conceptualize video projects from ideation to final delivery.
- Optimize videos for SEO and platform-specific algorithms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects (using Adobe After Effects) to enhance storytelling and audience retention.
- Manage color grading, sound design, and subtitling to ensure professional-quality output across all content.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, editing techniques, and platform updates to keep content fresh and competitive.
- Organize and maintain a digital asset library (footage, music, graphics) for efficient workflow and reuse.
- Analyze performance metrics and A/B test video variations to refine content strategy based on data insights.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience, with a portfolio showcasing social media content, brand videos, or digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required) and Adobe After Effects (highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement for digital platforms.
- Experience editing for health, wellness, or advocacy-related content is a plus.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and adapt to feedback in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for video (e.g., metadata, thumbnails, captions).
- Knowledge of color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics to elevate video quality.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (remote options may be considered for exceptional candidates).
