Responsibility
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Design and produce high-quality visual content (graphics, videos, reels) tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
- Analyze performance metrics (likes, shares, conversions) and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging tools for social media optimization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-2+ years) in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative social media content (posts, stories, ads).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) is a plus.
- Passion for storytelling and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
