Responsibility
- Develop innovative event concepts and campaigns tailored to client needs and brand identities.
- Collaborate with clients to understand objectives, budgets, and timelines, ensuring seamless execution.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, and construction teams to create functional and visually stunning event spaces.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Source and manage vendors, suppliers, and contractors for materials, decor, and technical requirements.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate feasibility and logistical considerations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, and local guidelines for event setups.
- Provide on-site supervision during event execution to troubleshoot issues and maintain quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in event planning, exhibition design, or construction project management.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative event concepts, spatial designs, and successful executions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to pitch ideas and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of local vendor networks, construction materials, and event logistics in Bali.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
