Responsibility
- Develop and execute a data-driven content strategy aligned with business goals, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and ad copy.
- Write high-converting outbound copy (cold emails, LinkedIn messages, etc.) that captures attention and drives replies.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely publication and consistency across all channels.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, engagement rates, conversions) to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visually appealing and on-brand content.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify new content opportunities.
- Engage with audiences on social media, fostering community growth and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or e-commerce environment.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing diverse content types (blogs, social media, emails).
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and keyword research tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Experience managing content calendars and using tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and their algorithms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity with minimal supervision.
- Bonus: Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) or basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite).
