Responsibility
- Create and perfect traditional Indonesian desserts with modern twists
- Maintain consistent quality and presentation standards for all pastry items
- Develop new recipes inspired by Nusantara culinary traditions
- Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in pastry techniques
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal dessert menus

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a pastry chef with expertise in Indonesian desserts
- Formal culinary education or equivalent work experience
