Responsibility

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality multimedia content (videos, animations, infographics, and presentations) for marketing campaigns, social media, and corporate branding.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual and audio materials align with company branding guidelines and healthcare industry standards.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work closely with marketing, sales, and healthcare teams to produce materials that support business objectives and client needs.
  • Digital Optimization: Edit and optimize multimedia assets for web, mobile, and print, ensuring fast loading times and accessibility compliance.
  • Innovative Storytelling: Craft engaging narratives through video scripts, motion graphics, and interactive media to highlight healthcare services and success stories.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain a digital library of multimedia files, including raw footage, final cuts, and design templates.
  • Trend Analysis: Research and implement emerging multimedia trends (e.g., AR/VR, 360° videos) to keep content fresh and competitive.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of multimedia content using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on engagement metrics.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in multimedia production, preferably in marketing or healthcare sectors.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Video Production: Hands-on experience with filming, lighting, sound recording, and post-production editing.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia projects (corporate videos, animations, social media content).
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare terminology, compliance (e.g., HIPAA), and BPO industry dynamics is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
