Responsibility
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and copy, aligned with brand guidelines.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, from concept to analysis, ensuring ROI and KPIs are met.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Coordinate branding initiatives, including events, promotions, and partnerships to enhance market presence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Manage community interactions, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive brand image online.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation, campaign management, and creative problem-solving.
- Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, SEO tools, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
