Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach in Bali.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and community leaders.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies, regulatory requirements, and Islamic banking principles.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Monitor and report on business performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Represent BTPN Syariah at industry events, networking functions, and community engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, sales, or a related role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Islamic banking principles and financial products.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
