Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position Doran Group & JETE as industry leaders in Indonesia.
  • Lead brand development, including identity, messaging, and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted initiatives, loyalty programs, and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and revenue targets.
  • Manage budget allocation and ROI analysis for all marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact spending.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing leadership, with at least 5 years in a General Manager or Director-level role.
  • Proven track record of scaling brands and driving revenue growth in competitive markets (preferably in Indonesia or Southeast Asia).
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, paid advertising, social media, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with experience building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and competitive analysis in the Indonesian market.
